Processing time is 2 to 5 business days. Bulk or wholesale orders required longer processing time please contact us for bulk or wholesale order.
Once shipped, the shipping company is responsible for getting the package to you. Once claim is completed, you will receive an email with details.
KC&D Soap Shop is NOT responsible for stolen package. If a package was left at your address and has gone missing we will file a claim with the courier on your behalf but we will not re-ship or refund your order until the courier deems the parcel as lost or undelivered.
